Processed Tomato Antitrust Litigation

This website provides information about a proposed nationwide Settlement that has been reached in a class action lawsuit that claims Defendants and co-conspirators engaged in an unlawful conspiracy to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize the prices of Processed Tomato Products.  Plaintiffs allege that, as a result of the unlawful conspiracy involving Processed Tomato Products, they and other direct purchasers paid more for Processed Tomato Products than they would have paid absent the conspiracy.  Defendants deny Plaintiffs’ claims.

Two settlements have been reached. If you or your company have directly purchased Processed Tomato Products pursuant to a contract made between February 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, you may be entitled to a cash payment from the Settlements.
